The Role
As a Frontline Business Partner, you will help in supporting and developing manpower planning, designing training materials, and delivering training to frontline staff.
How you'll contribute
Identify the training roadmap and initiatives to build capabilities at the frontline.
Consolidate training calendar across product divisions and prioritize through a dialogue.
Develop content for specific training programs related to an individual business.
Conduct regular assessment of frontline staff (through surveys, business performance) to identify capability gaps and adjust training programs accordingly.
Conduct directly product-agnostic training programs.
Coordinate with the product team to deliver product-specific training programs.
Work together with channel and product teams to perform multi-year manpower planning to cover individual customers - assess no of frontline resources to support priority customers.
Provide input on allocation across the branch network/other channels to support priority customers.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 6 years of experience working within/with the branch organization.
Proven track record in driving learning and development programs for past teams.
Has to experience in leading projects related to capability building at the frontline.
Strategic planning capabilities to support projecting the manpower needs for frontline/channels.
Experienced in performing multi-year manpower planning support for branches and telesales to assess the number of required resources to support customer segments.
Adept at consolidation of training calendar across product divisions.
Deep understanding of content development for specific training programs related to customer segmentation.
