REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Agency environment experience working with multiple clients concurrently
3+ years experience working in front end web development (Shopify, Magento, Wordpress)
Knowledge in latest JS frameworks such as React or Vanilla JS
Extensive foundational knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery, AJAX
Proven experience handling and managing Wordpress and Shopify, with specific focus on eCommerce.
Knowledge in using various REST API's, GraphQL is nice to have
Foundational knowledge in best practise SEM and SEO
Ability to debug by device and by browser (using Browser Stack)
Understand general design principles across desktop, mobile and tablet
Extensive knowledge with Adobe Photoshop to convert PSD to code (using Figma, Avocode or any translation app)
Understanding the LAMP stack and having ability to troubleshoot problems outside of web programming
Using GIT/BitBucket/CI tools for clean code management and deployments
Using Shopify ThemeKit for theme development and customisations
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be working with the client to build a web development team based in the Philippines.
Will be joining an established team of 13 colleagues from Sydney, Australia, with plans to grow the team in Manila to over 15 staff rapidly
