Key Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service
* Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives all telephone calls, connects/relays them to person/section concerned.
*Entertains inquiries with utmost courtesy and tact and directs them to the right party.
Compliance Company Policy
*Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.
*Respects confidentially of organization and office personnel related information.
*Notifies superiors within 15 minutes of daily start time, regarding staff absences/delays; updates and informs same of other related information.
*Maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to organization/cooperative's policies, regulations and procedures.
Maintenance
*Sees to it that the telephone equipment is functioning properly and reports immediately any malfunction for proper repair and maintenance.
*To oversee sports equipment (balls, bowling shoes, etc.)
Clerical
*As needed, assists with clerical tasks to include typing, filing, proofreading, and maintenance of service logs and data entry.
*Receives/signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients.
*Handles reservations
*Handles endorsements from other departments
Other Task
*Performs other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
*Handle change fund during events
Position Requirements:
· Preferably college graduate of four (4) year course.
· At least three (3) years experience of related field.
· Good customer orientation
· Computer literate
· Possess above average interpersonal and customer relation skills
· With positive work attitude, honest, hardworking, patient and trustworthy.

8 hours shift

Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
