Front Office AssociateCity Garden Hotels

The Front Office Associate reports functionally to the Front Office Manager and administratively to the Front Office Supervisor and Shift Head.
Reviews logbook and acts on all endorsement made by the outgoing shift and notes down all actions taken on the logbook.
Sells, registers and assigns rooms to incoming guests.
Ensures that Registration Card is properly filled-up.
Informs housekeeping department of arrival, priority rooms, room changes and checkout.
Pre-register VIP/VVIP guest and returning guests.
Attend to guests' queries, complaints and request. Refer problems to Front Office Manager/ Shift Head whenever necessary.
Accomplishes Commission Slip for the drivers and other recipients of commission.
Generates guest history for all guests according to specified procedures.
Sees to it that the key is given to the guest upon check-in.
Cultivates, develops and establish good rapport and public relations with the hotel guests and patrons.
Develops among staff members a work attitude that is conductive to boosting sales.
Shows hotel facilities to important clients whenever necessary.
Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the Receiving Area.
Maintains well-groomed and pleasant personality
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
