Ensuring the proper handling of guests' mails, messages & special requests whenever possible.
Solves guest complaints.
Work Experience
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
Preferably with knowledge in Opera system.
Completed Bachelor's degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management.
