Job Description
What you will be doing:
Handle all activities relating to guest accounts, receiving, filing of checks, posting, mail, information services, cashiering, foreign exchange, room blocking and inventory, check-in and check-out, room transfers, and other guest requirements.
Provide guests with up-to-date information at all times.
Ensure guest satisfaction is achieved through guest recognition and prompt attention.
Work Experience
Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in the same capacity or in a luxury hotel.
Pleasing personality with effective communication and guest relation skills.
Knowledgeable in Opera and MS Office Applications.
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
