Permanent, direct-hire by the client
BGC, Taguig, 2 days onsite per week, 3 day work from home
Day shift, Monday to Friday
Role Context
Design and develop a world class customer onboarding platform:
Creating polished web applications that can run on multiple platforms.
Implementing well-designed UI and client-side logic using material design guidelines.
Design and develop large-scale web applications. Ensure reliability, correctness, security, performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Work with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into effective technical implementation.
Developing production-quality web interfaces using REST web services.
Developing web/mobile user interfaces, components, and widgets.
Ideal Candidate
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, NodeJS.
Understand how web browsers communicate with web servers.
Proficient understanding of code version control tools, such as Git and Svn.
Ability to adapt to web frameworks and implement them in ongoing projects.
Understand how Scrum and Agile work.
Developing and maintaining WordPress websites is a plus; and will help our content managers to make the site responsive and SEO friendly.
A strong presence on engineer forums like Github, Stackoverflow, etc.
