Who you are and what the role is about
Wonders Corporation is looking for a front-end react developer to join our growing engineering team in our Manila office. While having strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a must, the ideal candidate should have extensive experience building interactive web pages and be able to develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts. We are a small and growing agile team and you will play a key role with a lot of responsibilities, so we need folks who are strong independent thinkers, self-motivated, and highly communicative.

Key Responsibilities:
● Code programs that are based on the requirements set forth by our clients and users.
● Perform code reviews of the team and recommends the best approach and suggestions
● Coordinates with the release management team and quality assurance team in ensuring delivery of changes on time and with high quality
● May perform application deployments to Development, QA, and Production environment
● Prepare technical documentation and encourage the team to build the knowledge base
● Provide production support as needed
● Represent the team in product backlog discussion, Sprint reviews, and other tasks

Qualifications:
● More than 3+ years experience building web development
● 1+ years of experience using React
● A solid knowledge of JavaScript (TypeScript or ECMAScript)
● A solid knowledge of React (Stateful and Stateless Component, etc.)
● A profound knowledge of handy tools and technologies (Redux, ESLint, Jest, and Enzyme)
● The ability to keep code elegant and clear (Airbnb JS Style Guide or Google JS Style Guide, etc.)
● Strong in HTML and CSS
● Advanced understanding of AJAX techniques like Fetch API, Axios, REST and JSON
● Optimization skills like Code splitting and Lazy loading approach
● Advanced debugging skills using various debugging tools such as React / Redux DevTools
● Experience working with Git distributed source code
● Desire to keep up with the latest web technologies
Bonus points/Nice to have:
● UI/UX skills (A portfolio to showcase of your work a plus)
● Mobile app development with React Native
● Experience in native iOS (Xcode) and Android (Android Studio) development
● Experience working with test frameworks like Selenium, Karma, Protractor, and/or Jasmine
