Job Description
1. Responsible for the front-end development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's projects, and completing the core code writing.
2. Communicate with product and design, and be able to give front-end technical solutions and implement interaction prototypes for different business requirements.
3. Perform performance optimization for front-end related projects, reduce loading, execution, and rendering time, and improve user experience.
4. Cross-departmental coordination and communication, and be able to precipitate front-end tools and components in the project step by step.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of web/h5 development experience, with involvement in complex projects.
2. Proficient in various front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Node.JS, at least one of the three directions of Web (PC+Mobile)/Node.js/Native App, more than one is a plus
3. Knowledge of front-end engineering and modular development, proficiency in using tools such as webpack, and relevant packaging and optimization experience
4. Proficiency in using git for project code management and version control, and following certain popular specifications
5. Skilled in using or proficient in react, vue framework to understand the principles and have some research on the source code, able to write high-performance logic code based on the framework
6. Good teamwork spirit, ability to use their technical skills to improve the overall efficiency of the team's research and development, and improve the impact of the team; continuous enthusiasm for front-end technology, optimistic and cheerful personality, strong logic, good at cooperation
7. Bonus points (meet one of them): Nodejs back-end or js full-stack product development experience; cross-platform technology RN/Weex/Flutter; complex enterprise back-end application development experience; large-scale/high-load scenario NodeJS application development, operation, and maintenance experience; skilled or proficient in relational or non-relational database operation
