Job Description:
Answers incoming phone calls and responds to callers' inquiries
Ensures that mail, letters, and other business related correspondences are received by authorized personnel
Receives and entertains visitors, guests, and clients
Greets applicants and walk-in clients and directs them to the correct person or department
Updates employee attendance and visitors' records
Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR department
Below are the Minimum Qualifications for this position:
At least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in any field
Preferably one (1) year of working experience in a similar capacity and related field
Fresh graduates with relevant undergraduate and/or internship experiences
Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient with MS Office applications
Amenable to work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Real Estate 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
