Requirements
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
Preferably Foreign National who is fluent in French language
Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage
Proficient in both French and English
Technical knowledge is a plus
Willing to work in Manila or Cebu City
Responsibilities:
Communicate in French and English to clients.
Assure quality of customer service compliance.
Handling and providing solutions to technical issues for hardware/software problems of computer, mobile, tablet and router.
Discuss instruction to members for product, system and processes knowledge.
