Position: French Accounts Payable Analyst

Requirements:
Filipino who is fluent in French language
Proficient in both French and English
Open for graduate and undergraduate
Accounting, Finance and Business educational background is a plus
Preferably with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Travel expense experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing invoices prior to payment and performing data entry into system applications.
Ensuring bills and expense reports are paid in an accurate and timely basis while adhering to departmental policies and procedures
Understand overall business goals and how Accounts Payable supports those goals
Research discrepancies in invoices and settlements, bringing to resolution and escalating issues unable to resolve
Maintain all Accounts Payable files
