Responsibilities:
Scanning invoices prior to payment and performing data entry into system applications.
Ensured that bills and expense reports are paid in an accurate and timely basis while adhering to departmental policies and procedures
Comprehend overall business goals and how Accounts Payable supports those goals
Research inconsistencies in invoices and settlements, bringing to resolution and escalating issues unable to resolve
Maintaining all Accounts Payable files
