We are seeking a responsible Freelance / Subcon APSCA Auditor - CSCA level for conducting independent social compliance audits across supply chains, ensuring adherence to labor laws, ethical standards, and client codes of conduct. As a CSCA-certified auditor, the role involves leading audits, preparing reports, and maintaining APSCA standards of professionalism and integrity.Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
Conducting on-site audits as a leader or a member of the audit team - Performing all audit procedures, such as opening meeting, factory tour, workers interview, documents review, closing meeting etc as per the guidelines / Field instructions.
Fully understand and follow the client's requirements and company SOP, WI etc.
Effective communication with office staff and factory representative.
Communicate any law / ruling obtained from factory to all other auditors, reviewers and seniors for their reference.
Ensure all relevant papers/ documents are taken during audits.
Preparing audit report which are complete, comprehensive and presented in a manner consistent with BV guidelines.
Draft report making and final report checking.
Filing of all relevant documents, papers, draft and final reports of audit as per the requirements of ISO 17020.
Perform any job related assignment as required by supervisor or above.
