The Opportunity
The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the rest of our Marketing teams and be our main POC to drive the growth of kumu's campaigns by developing and executing captivating strategies on Twitter and YouTube. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving a consistent monthly growth rate of 50% and fostering meaningful engagement with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with content producers to curate, create, and schedule visually appealing and engaging content for Twitter and YouTube.
Develop and implement strategic plans that lead to a 50% month-on-month growth in followers, likes, and engagement on both platforms.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends, features, and algorithm updates on Twitter and YouTube.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Twitter and YouTube, providing insights, guidance, and recommendations to the team.
Initiate brainstorming sessions and propose creative ideas to achieve campaign objectives and drive audience interaction.
Foster genuine connections with the online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Collaborate seamlessly with various teams to ensure consistent brand identity and impactful content creation.
We'd like it if you Are/Have:
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing Twitter and YouTube accounts for brands or individuals.
In-depth knowledge of FTwitter and YouTube functionalities, advertising tools, and engagement tactics.
Familiar with kumu and its target audience.
Proficient in interpreting and leveraging analytics data to enhance strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and generate novel approaches to content and engagement.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
