Job Description
We're currently seeking a talented and creative freelance Motion Designer to work with our team on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility and the ability to turn creative concepts into captivating motion graphics and animation elements.
Responsibilities:
Design and Animation
Designing and creating engaging motion graphics for various media such as online platforms, videos, and promotional materials.
Transforming creative concepts into dynamic animations that effectively communicate the brand message.
Completion and Review
Meeting project deadlines and delivering final designs within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Adjusting and revising animations as recommended by clients or team members in the final stages of the design process.
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborating effectively with other creative team members and clients to achieve the desired end product.
Communicating design progress to appropriate team members and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
Demonstrable experience in motion design and graphic design.
Proficiency in design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, including, but not limited to, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
A strong portfolio that highlights your ability to work with a variety of design styles and techniques.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a clear ability to articulate design decisions.
A high degree of flexibility and the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Mentality
A creative mindset complemented by a strong visual aesthetic.
A problem-solving attitude, with a keen ability to create compelling visual stories.
Self-starter mentality, capable of working independently, but also able to work effectively as part of a collective team.
