It is a freelance project listing website that a Client can turn to and rely on for getting business development supports - we provide broad range of Freelancer Staffing, Recruiting, and Consulting Services. By supplying and supporting the Client in hiring Freelancers for their business development needs in an on-demand manner, we can help the Client to reach his/her desired development outcomes.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for Freelance Business Development Partners (BDP) who are:
Knowledgeable in digital and creative marketing concepts and latest trends;
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, lead generation, prospect management, pipeline management, and closing skills;
Persuasive and goal-oriented with ability to adapt well and work independently in new competative, multi-task, fast-paced environment; and
Flexible with a genuine desire to build a career and grow with iQuoth.org.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will reach out and pitch our Freelancer Staffing, Recruiting, and Consulting Services to potential Clients.
You will define, design, and develop your own lead generation processes, like:
- Searching and attract potential Clients;
- Creating and maintaining a list of potential Clients;
- Creating, preparing, and delivering informative presentation to potential Clients;
- Building and maintaining rapport with new and existing Clients and address their business development needs effectively.
- Creating interest, understanding business development requiremens, and offering the right solutions and supports that meet the Client's business development needs;
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing freelance project opportunities for Freelancers;
- Answering and following-up potential Client questions;
- Developing sales goals, planning, and forecasting;
You will have the freedom of being your own boss, be running your own desk, and be responsible for your own growth while also being part of a team.
You don't have to work full time for this role, you can work whenever you want to help you deliver in a way that suits you.
You get paid as per freelance work done.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will collaborate with us on sales planning and forecasting;
Will have to find potential Employers and convert them into our Clients;
Will have to bring new business to the platform by:
- Selling our Freelancer Staffing, Recruiting, and Consulting Services to Clients aimed to help Freelancers in getting new projects and their gigs to prosper;
- Convincing Clients to post their business development requirements (freelance project) on Quoth Jobs and a regular basis;
Will have to manage Clients from requirements to proper payments;
Will have to partner and coordinate with our recruiting team to fill Freelancer positions and generate quality results;
Will have to team-up with Freelancers to sell their gigs;
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Should have own PC or Laptop with Internet connection, and mobile phone to get started. You can work from any location;
Should have good experience in business development in US, UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and/or Philippines job market focusing on any of freelance project categories below.
(1) Website and Software Development, (2) Mobile Phones and Computing, (3) Design and Media, (4) Software Testing and Quality Assurance, (5) Organization Development, (6) Writing and Content, (7) Marketing, and (8) Other Services.
Should have strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to contact Employers for introduction;
Should have strong time management and prioritization skills;
Should have creative thinking and problem solving skills;

ABOUT REMUNERATION:
Please note that this is a freelance role without any fixed remuneration. Remuneration will be in the form of commission at 16% of total project engagement cost for every successful business closure made by Client developed by you. Note 80% of total project engagement cost will go for Freelancer and 4% will go for funding iQuoth.org incorporation, infrastructure, research, development, program, current cause, and staff to achieve our goals.
