We have an exciting new way to work with without a full-time commitment. As a part of our Freelance Team, you'd be assigned tickets on a case-by-case basis and return those tickets to us once done.
The new freelance artist team will help our company reach its output goals and help supplement our full-time team. Because this work is seasonal, most tickets will come in the months of January, February, March, April, September, and October. The freelance artist will be from home, through email, and only on selected tickets fit for the role. Time spent on tickets is not tracked. You'd be paid per ticket and work at your own pace on your own hours as long as the ticket is returned within 18 hours from the time of assignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upload mock-ups as quickly and as high quality as possible while making a few mistakes.
Make sure the mock-ups are precisely what the client or sales manager is asking for.
Upload the art mock-up and close the task ticket within 18 hrs. of the ticket assignment.
If changes are needed for the artwork based on a failure to pass Quality Assurance, you'll have 10 hours to make those changes and resubmit the art.
Monitor work quality and make sure that it meets Fresh Prints standards (quality grade > 0.9).
Communicate clearly about your availability of how many tickets you can take on per day and let us know as soon as possible if you are assigned a ticket that for some reason you cannot do.
Upload task tickets to our licensors' websites when needed.
Read briefs that update you on changes to our capabilities or processes.

COMPENSATION:
As a Freelance Trainee, you'll receive a stipend (amount to be disclosed on initial screening) for your training (2-4 weeks).
The training length depends on how fast you pick up our systems and the skills required to create art proofs correctly.
Once you're fully trained and ready to create proofs to our standard, you'll be compensated on a per-piece basis based on the difficulty of the art task.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Expertise in 2022 Adobe Illustrator including a capable laptop/computer.
A good and reliable WiFi connection with at least one backup.
Able to recreate art with a pen tool and or tablets.
Total honesty and transparency.
DETAILS:
The role is freelance, on-call, remote, and work-from-home in the Philippines
Training hours are from 7 PM to 5 AM Philippine time and are divided into two parts (the first is learning key concepts and technical skills, and the second is applying them to actual tasks)
Work hours are freelance based and chosen by the individual to accommodate the deadline
We will have monthly check-ins (or bi-weekly as needed) to review short-term progress and goals with performance reviews
We prefer artists who can take on task tickets during the weekends and can work on the night shift.
