ob Description
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Finance and General Accounting or US Payroll processing.
•Experience in handling and managing PAYROLL for offshore clients' accounts (US, UK, AU) and building strong connections and collaborative relationships.
•Preferably with experience in the Outsourcing or Consulting Industry (Local or International).
• Must be knowledgeable with US Tax rules and regulations or Taxation.
• With substantial experience in handling offshore Payroll regulatory requirements or transactions is an advantage.
• Preferably with Accounting Software of at least 1 year preferably Xero System and/or Quickbooks Certified and a strong background in using Payroll Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and must be keen on details.
• Confident, hardworking, dependable, and good team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Permanent Work from Home (With Personal Laptop/Desktop at least Core i5, 8GB and stable internet connections of at least 10 Mbps)
(Candidate must be ready for Internet Speed Testing)
• Amenable to work on a night or graveyard shift.
• Can work as a FULL-TIME/PART-TIME FREELANCE ACCOUNTANT preferably with No Full-time commitment with other company.
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
