The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in either Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems / Security or related field
At least 3 years work experience either in risk management, internal audit or fraud detection
Knowledge about risk management, anti-fraud, collections, credit bureaus, operational controls, and outsourcing risk management
Good level of English both spoken and written
Work experience from banking, financing, lending or FinTech companies
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Detailed-oriented, committed to quality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Forward looking and creative thinker, with a general problem-solving mindset
Team spirit (being able to cooperate with colleagues including from other departments)
Strong analytical and investigative skills
