The Role
As a Fraud Detection Analyst, you will monitor current fraud trends and patterns and subsequently generate solutions to mitigate the Bank's potential fraud losses. Also, you will ensure that internal and external reports are submitted in a timely manner.
How you'll contribute
Evaluate suspicious transactions or activities from time to time thru Fraud monitoring tool or other channels to mitigate financial and reputational risks
Build and maintain relationships with different business units through proper complaints and issues management.
Complies strictly to guidelines, procedures and policies by the Team and the Bank based on policy manuals and guidelines to avoid sanctions, penalties and losses
Ensure that policies and procedures are carried out in a timely and properly manner.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Have at least 2 years experience in Banking, Credit Card Companies, Law/Legal
Has knowledge in banking and financial products and process
Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to render steady and intelligent decisions under pressure and difficult situations
Keen to details; able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
