QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2 years in College
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services product in one or a combination of the following: disputes, claims, resolution, or fraud resolution;
• 2 years of fraud management experience
• with a year of Fraud investigation experience
• 1 year of experience interacting with people or customers
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends and Philippine Holidays
• Amenable to work on-site
