Job Description
Manages the daily workflow of the department
Can Support franchising and business development
Monitors and tracks effectiveness of franchising campaigns
Tracks assigned franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management
Works well with the executive team to set the franchising strategy for the brands
Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, locations and franchising opportunities
Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules and regulations
Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications
Proven sales, marketing and or business development management experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent skills in interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
