Job Description
• Develops relationship with the franchisee in the area of assignment ensuring smooth communication lines between the franchisee and franchisor
• Conducts business review to franchisee & recommends strategies to enable franchisee achieve their profit and revenue target
• Analyzes consumer profile and behaviour and identify opportunity, gaps and provide solutions to achieve target in the area
• Conducts store visits
• Ensures that franchisees and store personnel are compliant on TGP policy,FDA and LGUs regulatory requirement
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year business related course
• Preferably with sales and account management background
• At least 4 years related work experience
• Willing to do field work
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar with North Luzon area
