Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Franchise Development Officer to join our Dealer Development Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
The Franchise Development Officer is a member of the Network Planning Group that is responsible for ensuring compliance and creating franchise policies, market study, conceptualization and business development of franchise.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, market research, presentation and technical writing.
Your role and responsibilities:
Creation and Improvement of Franchise-related policies
Establish Market Representation Roadmap
Manage dealer franchise agreement
Development of Dealer Facility Concepts
Site Selection of Appointed Areas
Evaluate Dealer Site Proposals
Evaluate Dealer Franchise Applicants
Conduct market research on potential open areas

You have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration major in Operations Management and Marketing Management
