Support field level QI activities, including coaching and supportive supervision of FP and MCH;
Liaise with local facilities to determine priorities and engage supervisors in capacity building interventions;
Work with IPHOs and lead on-site CME activities;
Ensure measurable changes in quality of services of FP services; and
Ensure increase in the utilization of services.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Masters' degree in public health, sociology, or another related field;
Minimum of 7 years of working experience in the field of gender and youth and FP;
Previous experience in the ARMM preferable;
Strong previous leadership experience preferred; and
Strong written and spoken English and local languages.
