Support field level QI activities, including organizing, coaching and facilitative/supportive supervision of technical assistance on FP-MCH-ASRH services;
Liaise with local health facilities to determine improvement priorities and engage supervisors in capacity building interventions;
Work with IPHOs and lead on-site CME activities;
Ensure measurable changes in quality of services of FP services; and
Ensure increase in the utilization of services.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, or allied medical and health related field;
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field of Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health, Adolescent Sexuality and Reproductive Health, and Gender;
Excellent coordination skills preferably with previous experience in BARMM;
Strong previous leadership experience preferred;
Must be knowledgeable in MS applications; and
Strong written and spoken English and local languages.
