Job responsibilities:
Design financial dashboard using Power BI & Business Objects and disseminate on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Coordinate with each Region's FP&A in report simplifications, review submitted reports by Region & understanding business results for EM report consolidation.
Partner directly with the finance team and Regional FP&A teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
Build financial models & perform research and analysis.
Evaluates the cost-efficiency of each department in relation to department's resources.
Work closely in the centralization of reporting activities.
Assist with financial planning & forecasting.
Ensures compliance with financial guidelines & company policies.
Qualifications:
Must have a high sense of responsibility, sense of ownership, analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, can work in a multi-tasked environment and a team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision; has ability to define problems; collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
