Key Responsibilities:
Implement and lead in the delivery of FORWARD Project targets
Organize community based working groups
Coordinate the planning, implementation and monitoring of the project in partnership with local government units, community, inter-agency network, and other stakeholders.
Ensures timely and quality technical report writing and documentation
Establish and maintain relationship with the executive and legislative branches of government, relevant agencies and stakeholders
