Responsibilities:
Report project progress to superiors
Develop a work schedule for workers
Supervise all construction workers
Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
Solve disputes between workers
Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
Assign tasks to construction workers
Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
Ensure that work done by workers is satisfactory
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Resolve problems when they arise
Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
Qualifications:
Must be at least be a Highschool graduate
Must have at least 2 to 4 years of experience as foreman
Must have an experience in Civil or Architectural works
With good team management skills, pro-active and reliable
Willing to work in a flexible schedule
