Job Description
Deep understanding of welding techniques, materials, and equipment specific to piping in the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing and directing welding teams.
Familiarity with industry codes and standards for welding and pipeline construction.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve welding-related issues efficiently.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards for construction sites.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Education: Mechanical Diploma or Degree (optional but preferred).
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience as a Welding Foreman in the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on pipe welding.
Overseas Experience: Previous experience working on international projects is highly preferred.
