Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts. . Liaise with the regional strategy team, local management team, and other relevant stakeholders for monthly and quarterly budget submissions. . Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis relating to their Profit and Loss (P&L) . Ad-hoc business performance reporting . Manage, mentor, and develop employees for improvement and career progression cultivate the right team culture Requirements: Holds a bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record. Minimum 5 years' experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, Forecasting, Planning & Analysis or similar role Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and Professional certification/license such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management is a plus Preferably with Consulting background . Strong background in people management Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a complex environment Strong grasp of numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative and innovative approach in solving problems. Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs
