REPORTS TO : Senior Project Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE :
Responsible for project delivery and execution; with inputs on timeline, scope, materials, budget
Ensure HSSE and Quality of projects and programs
Report progress and development of all on-going projects
PRIMARY RESONSIBILITIES :
Budget Management
Manage resources and suppliers to optimize value of project delivery.
Work with the ROMs and Ops and other FMC counterparts to build end-to-end process and execution
Work with SCM to ensure all projects are properly reviewed and supported.
Project Delivery
Manage project delivery timeline and HSSE compliance
Work with the ROMs and RTMs to make sure Retailers are engaged and advised on project timelines
Work with other client stakeholders for smooth project delivery
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Ability to perform each essential duty with full satisfaction
Ability to process information effectively and provide solutions and recommendations thereafter
Ability to execute initiatives and strategies as planned
Ability to adjust to the dynamics of multi-divisional team
Specific KPIs are agreed at the start of every year in the goal-settings activity
QUALIFICATION :
Education: Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or related course
Years of Experience and Specialization: minimum of 3 years in the Project Management and Execution
Technical Skills Required: Experience in project management of multi-location retail sites with knowledge of fuel systems, electrical, hydraulics and general maintenance and project planning
Oral and Written Communication Skills: With good English verbal and written communication skills
Computer Software Proficiency Level: Confident user of Microsoft Word/Power Point and Advanced level with Excel
Other Requirements: Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Willing to be assigned in CDO, Davao, and/or Cebu

Knowledge in HSSE and Group Control Framework
Knowledge in GIDS
Asset Management System and Maintenance Skills
Excellent decision making, operations management, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability in engaging and communicating with stakeholders, across both business and technology functions
