Job Summary:
Manage daily operations of Gourmet Corner, a full service and casual themed take out deli, taking care of the shop, the staff and customers. Results sales oriented and skilled in turn around management. Use the POS system and be responsible for turning over the money in the cash register daily. Be a good example to the staff at all times.
Duties and Responsibities:
1. Target daily and monthly minimum ideal sales.
2. Forecasting of sales trends.
3. Profit and loss accountability.
4.Upsell
5. Customer Care-
-Build relationship with our customers. Make them
want to come back.
-Familiarize yourself with every customer who walks
in. Learn what they want.
-Always listen to Customer suggestions
-Listen to customer complaints.
6. Use the POS system.
7. Monitor the inventory of frozen food stocks.
8. Master product knowledge.
9.Make sure the Deli clean at all times.
10. Coach and motivate store team to meet customer satisfaction as well as hit sales and profitability targets.
11.Protect company property/equipment and information like recipes and sources.
12. Always learn new things. Familiarize yourself with commissary.
13. Perform other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
