-To lead and support in obtaining FDA certifications and permits such as LTO, CPR, Kosher, GMP, HACCP, HALAL and ISO 22000.
-Maintain regulatory compliance of products: initial, renewal, variations, promo, permits, marketing materials, -labelling review to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
-Preparing submissions of license variations and renewals to strict deadlines.
-Monitoring and setting timelines for license variations and renewal approvals.
-Advising management on regulatory requirements.
-Providing strategic advice to Management as necessary relevant to Company products registration process.
-Undertaking and managing regulatory inspections.
-Specifying storage, labelling and packaging requirements
Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS in Biology Course/College level with relevant experience.
-Minimum of 2 years working experience in the field of regulatory affairs.
-Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines and various in food area. ·
-Good project management skills ·
-Ability to effectively and consistently deliver on time and as per quality standards, in a complex matrix environment.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
