HOTEL DESCRIPTION
The Four Points by Sheraton Palawan Sabang Beach is a 240-key hotel and offers an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, pool bar and beach and sports club as well as 540 Sq M of meeting space consisting of 1 ballroom and 2 meeting rooms. Recreation area include 2 resort pool areas, spa, fitness center and kids' club. This is a conversion hotel and projected to open in Q2, 2023.
The Resort features direct beach access, an expansive resort-style pool area and immediate proximity to the Subterranean River National Park - an UNESCO World Heritage. Puerto Princesa is the main gateway to Palawan for visitors travelling onwards to destinations such as El Nido and Coron. Located 90 minutes' drive from the city and Puerto Princesa International Airport, the Resort is at Sabang Beach - 1.3 km long beautiful fine sand beach and one of the few swimmable beaches in Puerto Princesa. It is in proximity to the Subterranean River. The Resort site measures approximately 6.5 HA with adjacent land, features 100 M beach frontage and a beautiful mountain backdrop.
JOB SUMMARY
Position responsible for all the food and beverage operations, which includes all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
OR
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments.

Manages the Food and Beverage departments (not catering sales).
