The F&B Manager is responsible to provide outstanding client service by leading, monitoring and controlling all food services activities, with a focus on food operations, service contract assurance and team management.
Serves as the single point of contact for the client and support Regional initiatives by driving implementation and delivery.
▪ Leadership
Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success
Development of the team through regular performance feedbacks, continuous training, managing staff workload and developing a succession plan for key vendor staff
Ensure effective, efficient and economic operation of assigned responsibilities
▪ Ensure that operational expenditure for the portfolio is managed within agreed budgets
Ensure compliance within delegated authorities
▪ Client/Stakeholder Management
Pro-actively develop and manage Client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved
Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the Client, as reflected by Client feedback
▪ Food Service Delivery
Manage the delivery of food services to the client's portfolio and act as the single point of contact for the Client
Develop and implement operational procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods
Drive Client specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking, best practices, food waste sustainability etc.
Manage Vendor performance to prescribed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring effective management information is being produced and analysed to continually improve service
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environment and Risk Management policies and procedures
Incident and Complaints Management
Deliver management reports as required under the Agreement with the Client and as requested from time to time
