Job Description:
Role:
Operational
· Develop menus, programs and concepts with the caterer for deployment in the cafeteria.
· Management and supervision of supplier's performance against contractual expectations.
· Meeting with suppliers, building a professional relationship.
· Tracking and managing service metrics.
· Initiate and execute Festival and food promotions in partnership with vendors.
· Drive healthy dining program aligned to Global Standards
· Monitor food quality daily -Track daily checklist of food taste/temperature logs
· Track Weekly cleaning of café facilities and breakouts
· Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time (Sanitation report, Overview sheet)
· Monthly meeting with the Dining Vendors to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas and / or the improvement of services. Maintain tracker documenting minutes of all such meeting
Taking feedbacks/Suggestions through monthly food committee meetings,POY portal across all sites , monitor all observation r analyse, prepare action plan with specifications and implement
· Coordination and execution of Working lunches and events
· Track and monitor vendor payments
· Facilitate use of best practices and cost save initiative
· Sound Knowledge of MS office
· Conduct surprise audits (Including night Operations)
· Budget development and management.
· Coordinate with facilities to ensure proper sanitation levels are maintained.
· Ensure all equipment and serving areas are kept in proper working condition.
· Undertake market reviews and benchmarking exercises to ensure activities continue to be competitive while taking into account the specific service and quality requirements.
Liaise with the project team on relevant projects.
Schedule Audits & Inspections calendar along with Hygiene partner (Third Party) monitor all observation report ,analyse , Prepare action plan with specifications and implement
· Work with Sourcing on new agreements with suppliers.
· Optimize the relationship between suppliers and JPMC. Develop a win-win relationship.
· A high degree of interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy are required. This position will provide the interface between the supplier and the internal customer.
· Marketing and merchandising skills
Controls
· Ensure that the vendors achieve 100% compliance during all the monthly Vendor Compliance Audits.
· Cross checking and verification and allocation of cost for all invoices before forwarding for approval
· Ensure the unit cost is within budget and ensure all statutory compliance taxes have been accounted for
· Reconciliation of vendor apyments on quarterly basis for receiving of No Dues certificate
· Track, review and validate all utilities expenses for payments
· Ensure all Amenities services relevant licenses are up & valid ,Monitor the tracker for renewals
· Ensure all Amenities services vendor contracts are up & valid ,Monitor the tracker for renewals in partnership with sourcing.
Qualification:
Candidate to be Diploma/Degree in Hotel management or any equivalent diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management from recognised university or related field, industry experience can be beneficial,
Work Experience :12-15 years
