Assists the department by handling inquiries, files, and calls, helps in designing and printing of Food and Beverage advertisements, and processes all Purchase Orders for products, supplies, and licenses.
Oversees all administrative tasks in the department, coordinates with special departmental events, and supports Food and Beverage sales, such as making dining reservations, completing forecasting, and reporting.
Creates staff requisition forms, maintains supplies for F&B office and outlets, and coordinates all maintenance aspects and external service contracts with third-party service providers.
Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience as an administrative assistant in Food & Beverage is an advantage.
Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills with a keen sense of detail.
Proficiency in relevant software such as editing and Microsoft applications.
