Assist in executing email and partner marketing campaigns
Update Salesforce with deal information
Manage lead queues for partner campaigns, including coordination with the SSR team on pricing and quotes
Securely work with customers' sensitive information
Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
Prior experience in Business Development and Sales
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
Will be a great plus:
Experience in the IT industry
Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
