Job Description:
Oversee daily fleet operations
Oversee shop, vehicle maintenance and repair schedule
Monitor downtime of vehicles
Compute cost of vehicle repair and bump case
Conduct interview and testing for applicant drivers
Conduct on-boarding for newly hired drivers
Evaluate drivers' performance and attendance
Implement company disciplinary actions on drivers
Arrange drivers day-off, holiday and driving schedule
Arrange and assign vehicle units to drivers
Ensure that vehicle registrations are up to date
Keep track of new LTO/LTFRB updates
Coordinate between shop, admin and purchasing
Identify and suggest ways and means of improving workplace procedures
