Job Description:
Primary role is to maintain a high level of retention rate for Delivery Partners (DP), both for Agency and IC.
One key element to maintain high level of retention is to have high utilization rate of DPs.
Measure utilization at least two ways, productivity and attendance. Based on outcome find out root cause for poor utilization and find ways to improve this working with the fulfillment teams and the HQ field support.
Monitor targets and make proposals, project and implementation plans that will ensure that targets are achieved.
Work with BI to develop reports that will assist in making management of utilization more automated and easier to understand by the Fulfillment team.
Work with on-boarding team so that new DPs are trained properly which would help them succeed and convince them to continue working with SPX.
Work with IC care to understand concerns of DPs which are contributing to attrition.
Work with Agency Partners and escalate issues of high levels of attrition. In addition to this work with Fleet Excellence to address concerns with Agencies leading to high attrition. Lastly collaborate with Fleet Ops with regards to deployment of fleet from specific agencies which are performing poorly.
Work with strategy to come up with competitive payment rates and structures for DPs.
Come up with programs that will increase retention of DPs.
Continually innovate on how SPX can be the partner of choice by Delivery Partners.
Provide guidance to team of HQ Fleet Retention and Utilization
Fleet Ops Admin and Care, as well as on-boarding and training has dotted line to this function.
Keep updated of prevailing rates being paid to DPs in the market.
Requirements:
Degree holder. An Industrial Engineer, Management Engineer, Statistics, or even a Math major is an advantage.
Experience in data analytics.
Experience in a regional role or a planning role, as well S&OP.
Good stakeholder management skills.
Able to do good presentation materials and reports.
Has experience in building reporting systems is an advantage.
Willing to travel high amounts of time.
Able to work early in the morning or late at night to meet the DPs.
Able to deal with senior management, internal and external, as well as with DPs. A wide range of personalities and cognitive abilities.
Has managed a team previously.
Has managed a team remotely.
Has initiative, thinks out of the box, dynamic.
High energy level.
A good motivator
Good communicator.
