Education:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields
Professional Experience:
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Logistics or Express industries
With at least 2 years relevant experience in quality audit and investigations
Must be ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training Certified, with good understanding of ISO Quality Management System and Concept
Knowledgeable in Risk Management and Trend Analysis and has expertise in DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations
At least 2 years' experience in creating and managing Standards Policies, and Procedures Manual
Others:
A minimum of 80-hours safety trainings BOSH, Mandatory SO1, HIRAC, First Aid - CPR/BLS Training, and LCM) OHSAS Lead Auditor Course Training or QMS or IMS Internal Auditor is an advantage.
Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications:
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good oral and written communication skills.
Have extensive knowledge in warehousing and fleet management transport operations safety.
Have basic knowledge in facility safety and environmental requirements.
Problem solving decision making and results driven oriented.
Able to exhibit the standards in one's behavior and conduct in the organization.
Must be rescinding or willing to work in NCR or provinces area
Willing to do local travel and visit hubs.
Displays behavior of trustworthiness
Analytical and proficient in Microsoft Applications
Able to collaborate with diverse group of people and has strong presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and similar programs
