Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Fleet Manager on behalf of our client in the frozen goods sector. The role will directly report to the Senior Operations Manager and will be responsible for all areas relating to company vehicle operations: primarily fleet trucks for delivering products to customers, maintenance of company vehicles and related equipment is also in scope. Role offers hybrid work setup and office is located in Manila city while warehouse is in Navotas.
I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Transportation
Ensures that product is delivered to customers complete, accurately and on time
Responsible for resolving internal and external customer complains in timely manner
Administrative, Maintenance & Repair
Supervises the programs of employee and fleet vehicles maintenance, repair, insurance, assignment, utilization, acquisition and compliance with government permits, license and regulations.
Manages and Maintains records for all company registered vehicles, preventive maintenance, traffic violations (if any).

People Management
Responsible for analyzing the Fleet department effectiveness and efficiency by holding regular meetings, setting Key Performance Indicator and conducting team performance evaluation
Ensures all Drivers and Helpers are regularly trained and tested as required by Law.
Performs hiring and training of Fleet employees.

Planning & Budgeting
Manage & Control fleet operating Costs through planning, approval and proper allocation of Fleet budget to cut costs and maximize profits.

Must be Bachelor's/College Degree holder preferably in business, logistics & supply chain, or Industrial engineering.
Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in Logistics and Fleet vehicle maintenance and utilization management.
At least 5 years of leadership experience
Knowledge/expertise in route planning is a must
Knowledge/expertise in internal and external trucking services is a must
Knowledge in using ERP Software such as NetSuite, Oracle and SAP is an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation and customer-service skills
