FLEET MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
Responsibilities:
Custodianship of all company vehicles, from purchasing to turnover, in accordance to set standards and protocols including assurance of safety.
Overseeing the repairs and maintenance of all company-owned vehicles at optimum cost; with the best parts and supplies and service provision by third-party auto shop repairs.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
With at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in Fleet Management
Knowledgeable in maintaining light-duty vehicles & heavy duty equipment
Must have strong analytical skills, leadership, and with exceptional negotiation skills
With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
