JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Monitor fuel consumption and check fuel card request.
Observe vehicles for any unreported accidents.
Maintain driver/helper files and vehicle records
Conduct Driver License, vehicle registration and insurance checks.
Maintain fleet record, e.g., paperwork of insurance, vehicle registration
Ensure availability of above-mentioned documents in every vehicle.
Prepare and submit vehicle accident report as and when accident occurs.
Ensure driver/helper comply in daily time-in and time -out
Preparing reports on fleet activity including fuel usage and vehicle maintenance schedule.
Coordinating with other departments, such as human resources and accounting like preparing requisition and liquidation request for approval.
Maintaining records of all fleet activity, such as repairs made to vehicles or fuel usage made by the specific employees.
Evaluate and check the performance of all drivers, helpers and technicians for the incentive program.
Assist for any training programs for the driver/helper, technicians and other fleet staffs.
Requirements:
Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed
Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments
A bachelor's degree in management, mechanical engineering or any related degree
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Minimum experience 2 years doing administrative task and have experience in logistic handling vehicles record and dealing with driver, mechanic and technical staff
Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Preferably Married
