Job Description

Prepares monthly lapsing schedule and Fixed Asset roll forward.
Maintains and reconciles subsidiary ledger with general ledger.
Maintains fixed asset file with proper tagging of asset code, location and assigned personnel.
Coordinates actual physical disposal of fixed assets
Performs annual Fixed Asset physical count and reporting
Prepares inter and intra-company asset transfers and documentations
Prepare and provide ad hoc reports and requests coming from external and internal customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration.
At least 2-3 years basic accounting experience particularly in Food, Retail, or FMCG Industry.
With knowledge and experience of fixed assets and General Ledger
Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel)
Experience with SAP is a plus
Strong communication and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines
