Records transfer of fixed assets from one location to another: a. (buffer stocks (i.e. IT equipment, furnitures, and fixtures), b. inter-branch transfer
Reconciles untransferred and unallocated fixed asset buffer stocks from IT and Warehouse Departments
Executes disposal of fixed assets based on validated supporting documents: a. Fully Paid MC Plan Unit, b. Damaged, defective, or destroyed, c. Obsolete, d. Lost or stolen
Runs depreciation of fixed assets
Executes monthly Lapsing Schedule and Roll forward Report and submits the same to Fixed Asset Supervisor
Updates monitoring of fixed assets warranty periods
Generates Fixed Asset Final Tags and forward the same to branches
Conducts cyclical count of fixed assets in branches
Updates of fixed asset accountability based on cyclical counts
Discloses minor/major issues to the Fixed Asset Supervisor for resolution
Accomplishes all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
College graduate with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance
No work experience required
Keen to detail to avoid errors and probable loss
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledgeable, or familiar with, MS Office or Google Suite
