Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Visit the area to count assets of all departments within the company and affiliates across the country. in order to obtain accurate and truthful information
Summarize reports on asset counting data and operational problems to supervisors.
Support other tasks assigned by supervisors or the company.
Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields
Professional Experience:
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in property management or other related work
Others:
Computer skills in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Able to communicate and coordinate well within and outside the team
High responsibility Able to work well under pressure
Have leadership skills Able to manage teams
Detailed and meticulous
Knows how to drive four wheels car.
