Description * PURPOSE
Administer and maintain the ERP Fixed Asset Module within normal company policies and guidelines with the objective of ensuring that the system is being implemented as designed and as expected, and is efficiently being used by the process owners.
QUALIFICATIONS
>With Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
>With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in general accounting handling Fixed Asset Management and ERP Fixed Asset Module
>Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
>With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
ERP FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT
>Administer the end-to-end system process on the ERP Fixed Asset Module
>Coordinate with the superior on the system error encountered in ERP
>Ensure that specific work assignment adheres in the management set processes and guidelines
>Monthly update of the asset capitalization and depreciation
>Track the cost of MoM asset movement per asset classifications
FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT
>Assist the FA Lead in developing a Fixed Asset Register (FAR) with full details, which is useful in asset identification and location
>Ensure timely recording of the asset capitalization and depreciation
>Coordinate with the operations and support group in tracking the asset deployment
>Gather all employee accountability form for all assets specifically accounted to them
>Track and analyze CAPEX budget vs actual cost
